Shipping Policy

• Orders are shipped on business days only (Tuesday-Friday 10AM-5PM EST, excluding holidays).

 

• Your order should be processed and ship within 5 to 7 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Delivery details — tracking and tracing numbers — will be provided in your confirmation email.

 

• Standard shipping fees will apply at check out

• Please note that the arrival date depends on your location. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may also impact delivery time.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14 day return policy. Beyond 14 days of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be accompanied by the receipt of purchase. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

Pupzify monitors return activity and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. Pupzify will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retailers.

 

Contact us at info@pupzify.com to get authorization for the return. Pupzify has the right to deny sender a refund for products returned without preapproval.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges
