HOW TO ORDER

Option 1

Add items to your cart and proceed to check out through our online store.

Option 2 
Through Pupzify Canda Instagram or Facebook Page (via Direct Message)

  • Take notes of the style and the color of the bag you want

  • Please also indicate size and any desired accessories you would like included in the order as well

  • We will send over additional questions to confirm your shipping information

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay through PayPal, Debit Card or Credit Card (all transactions are secure and encrypted).

What type of credit/debit card is accepted?

All Master and VISA Card are accepted.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place an order.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

The arrival date depends on your location. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may also impact delivery time. You can check your order status through Canada Post.

 Terms & Conditions:

  • Please make sure to finalize your placed order before submitting the order form to avoid delays.

  • Kindly give us up to 24 hours allowance to reply to your inquiries (due to time differences).

  • You will receive a confirmation message whether your orders are available or not.

  • You will receive a message when your orders are shipped.
